7) We can arrange a RICS valuation/survey within 24 hours if an inspection is required.

9) We will meet with you, and you will be assigned a point of contact from start to finish, and we will always be available to speak to you by phone or email.

10) Our only criteria, is that we pay less than the value of your property, and this is generally up to 85%. Please be aware that you pay no fees, you do not have to sign any agency agreements, and we pay your legal costs up to the pre-agreed amount.
